We are professional musicians and have deep relationships within the Havana music scene. We know what musical events are the best, and we can explain the music better than any other tour agency or typical tour guide. No matter how long or short your travel to Cuba or the language you speak, we have an option.
U.S. Travelers: Havana Music Tours is a U.S.-based travel organization. U.S. travel to Cuba must fall within an authorized OFAC category. Our scheduled educational group departures are generally structured under the Group People-to-People Educational Exchange general license (31 CFR § 515.565(b)); private and custom itineraries are reviewed under the appropriate category based on the planned activities. Traveling in Cuba today takes thoughtful planning. Our current programs focus on the areas where our on-the-ground relationships are strongest. We use pre-arranged private transportation with experienced local drivers, prioritize vetted private accommodations with generator and/or solar backup when available, and adapt schedules when fuel, power, weather, or the live-music calendar requires it. Our small groups are capped at 10 guests so we can move comfortably and keep the experience personal.
